Argentine
Tango - Building the Basics
It all begins with
walking! In this class students will be introduced
to the fundamentals of Argentine tango including
musicality and the basic tango movement vocabulary
including connection, walking steps, basic elements
of turns and navigation. Students will gain
improvisational skills, historical background and
social dance etiquette in a relaxed and friendly
atmosphere.
No partner required.

Argentine Tango 2
- Beyond the Basics
This class is
designed to build on the basics of Argentine tango
established in the beginner course. It will include
new variations and expansion of the basic
vocabulary. This class will involve both open and
closed embrace technique and the methods of
transitioning between them. Students will expand
their improvisational skills and floorcraft in a
safe and supportive atmosphere. No partner required.
For continuing students or some argentine tango
experience.

Swing
(Lindy Hop)
Ready for some fun?
Come and learn the original swing dance: Lindy Hop.
It's all about individual expression and
improvisation but you have to start with the basics,
right? The classes will focus on Jazz movement and
fundamentals of partner dancing and begin with easy
patterns to get the students on the floor as quickly
as possible. No partner required.
